Here’s another of
my famous petticoats! This one sports
two layers of ruffled tulle netting with a taffeta
underskirt. The underskirt and top layer of netting have a wonderful embroidered rose lace edging. There are over 10 YARDS of lace on this beauty.
Measures 42 inches long and has an elastic waist that fits 26 inches to 32
inches with ease. Zipper in back with ribbon ties at the waist. Has a drop waist for a slim look with the volume at the bottom.
